Vendor invoices can be processed and checks written on blank check stock anywhere and anytime using a number of different control techniques. The client may chose to handle most of the accounts payable process or, subject to their invoice approval rules, chose to have Accountant provide this service.

Accountant records standard journal entries, reconciles bank accounts, coaches clients on system use, provides CPA level quality control.
