How Does HOAiFi Work?
   
 
After some short consultation sessions with a HOAiFi service provider, a process is designed that complies with your beliefs and typical internal control standards. A Haney Accountants, Inc. account executive will coach you, or someone you assigned, to use the system. Other than that, all you need is a personal computer, a laser printer, internet access and basic computer skills.

For most clients, only the coding and approval of payables is required to complete the service. The professionally trained Haney Accountants, Inc. staff will ensure that all your financial records are available to approved managers and board members. This includes collection information on all association members, vendor payables, general ledger entries and a full set of association reports.

All that is required by clients is to view and print. Any changes or questions are easily handled by email or a toll free phone number.
