HOAiFi is a Home Owners Association Internet Financial system that has been developed by Haney Accountants, Inc. to bring a cost effective, easy to use, industrial strength financial service to homeowner associations and their managers no matter where they are in the United States.

It is a generic financial accounting system offered on the Internet by an Application Service Provider (ASP) that allows secure access to clients for transaction processing and financial statement reporting. This new platform permits users to access the system 24/7/365. It does not require clients to install, upgrade or maintain complex hardware/software. It virtually eliminates transaction processing and report distribution challenges between geographically disbursed financial managers and their clients (usually, the members of the Board of Directors).
